[Wactclc-alma] Acquisitions Weekly call proposal

Given the interest voiced by several institutions at the call yesterday, it seems like having a regular, weekly acquisitions call for a while would be useful for many.

I would like to suggest we start a weekly, scheduled acquisitions call beginning next week, and hold it every week, for as long as it seems useful.

I would like to have as many acquisitions people there on a regular basis as possible, including both those with experience in Alma acquisitions, and those that haven't started using it yet.

We could start by talking about funds and ledgers, and move on through the acquisitions lifecycle of order, receive and invoice.

I suggest we hold a weekly meeting on Thursday some time. I'll put out a survey later this afternoon with some proposed times, and we'll see what time works best.
