Hi all,

Just FYI, there is a fiber break in Anacortes WA that has taken out my Internet and cell service (along with most of the island), so my telecomm access is going to be pretty sporadic today.

To respond to the thread that George started on analytics data...

I was able to take a look at loan stats at Edmonds and Highline just now, and it does appear that data prior to June 1, 2018 or so is not currently being reported.

(You can see this if you just do a simple report of loan counts by loan date.)

I just opened a high priority ticket on the issue, and will report back as the issue is diagnosed.

For now, analytics reports (at least in the fulfillment subject area) may be inaccurate. (I haven't looked at all institutions.)

Toward end of July there was some discussion on the national Alma listserv about circ stats showing up completely wrong. Sometimes double counting rather than not counting at all.  But there is obviously a really big issue going on related to the Analytics and circ stats.  We have our accreditation site visit coming up in early November and I really hope I can rely on our stats to be accurate.

Yes.  I've got a location that does hundreds of loans every quarter and it's showing exactly 1 loan total.  Most other locations aren't showing any circ activity prior to some point in July of this year.

I'm a bit irked because I've got an administrator at South attending a student retreat to report on the success of a textbook loan program today and we've got no data to report.

At Edmonds, we created two reports/widgets for ILL staff.  One shows active loans, the other active borrowed material.  Today, we noticed that the reports seemed inacurate.  For example, one of our ILL patrons has six items check out from our library, but the report only shows two.  Items checked out before the August release no longer appear on the report, while items checked out after the release do appear.  (Items 1 & 2 are reportable, items 3-6 are not)

Is anybody else seeing this behavior?
