[Wactclc-alma] Item policy for reserves coming up wrong in Primo

Stephanie,

In order to see the correct loan period you need to be signed on to Primo.
It will show the loan period based on the patron group of the person
signing on.

If a person doesn't sign on they get a different loan period.  We have
solved this by adding a statement about signing on to see the correct loan
period for the item.
