[Wactclc-alma] Item policy for reserves coming up wrong in Primo

Upon further investigation, it looks like all of the policies for reserves are showing a 1 week loan policy in the item record on Primo, and if there is a public note added to the record it will say what the actual check out is.

But why is the item policy coming up as 1 week loan - it's almost like that is set as a default or something.

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out why the item policy that is listed under the a course reserve book is coming up wrong in Primo.

The book in question is "Understanding Nutrition."  Both the WIC library and the MV Library have copies of this textbook on reserve.  The WIC library has it as a 3 day reserve; the MV Library has it as a 4 hour reserve.

When I search in Primo for it, the copies show up, but the policy that is listed under it for both libraries shows it as a 1 week loan.

I've gone to the item record in Alma and they are set correctly with the right item policy in the system.  I've run a check out test in both the fulfillment utility config and my test patron and they check out correctly (4 hour or 3 day) as the item policy in the record shows.

I'm confused as to why it's showing a 1 week loan policy though when I pull the record up in Primo.  Everything looks correct in the course reserve/reading list area.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
