[Wactclc-alma] Page Action 404

Hi all,

Has anyone seen this before?

It happens when Victoria is scanning items in to indicate we're done with processing them and they're ready to be shelved.

Before getting the 404 message, she'll be on this page:

I was trying to cancel a work order since scanning it into the "scan in items" screen didn't release it and this happened:
