I signed up for Europa, too, because the entrees look good and the prices are reasonable. But if the weather is characteristically nice for May in Spokane, I may go for a long walk instead. I'm so ready to get out of our drizzle and damp. :)  Feel free to get in touch if you'd like a walking partner for an evening or two!

This email is addressed to all of you who responded to my poll about ELUNA attendance.

Firstly, here is a list of ELUNA attendees and contact info for attendees from WACTCLC:

Please use this list liberally to arrange meetups with other WACTCLC attendees as desired.

I will be arriving in Spokane on Tuesday afternoon, and will be staying at the Davenport for 3 nights.

I'll be available for morning / daytime / afternoon meetings on any of those days. As an old man, full conference days wear me out, and I likely won't be trying to do any evening socializing, unless it occurs right at the end of the conference day :)

As a starting point for social organization, I'll plan on being in the lobby of the Davenport at 7:30 on Wed, Thurs, and Fri mornings, for those that want to get together in the mornings prior to the Conference day, for a some socialization and discussion about Alma / Primo, or other topics of the day.

Meanwhile, a couple of you have pointed out the "Dine Around in Sched!" opportunities that have been announced at ELUNA (via the attached email).

If someone would like to take the lead on suggesting a preferred "Dine Around" opportunity, feel free to "reply all" to this message, and start the discussion.

As pointed out by Greg Bem from LWTech (who, as it happens, is also a presenter at this year's conference), Dine Around locations include both the Peacock Lounge (http://www.davenporthotelcollection.com/our-hotels/the-historic-davenport-hotel/dining/peacock-room-lounge/ ) and Steam Plant (http://steamplantspokane.com/ ).

I see now that the Peacock Lounge is actually in the hotel, so I might even have the evening energy for that one myself :)

If anyone has other thoughts about Spokane, ELUNA, the Technical Pre-Conference that some of you will be attending, please do "reply all" and keep the conversation going.
