[Wactclc-alma] Non-Roman characters in Request Cancellation notice

We just got a report from one of our patrons that the Request Cancellation Notice they received was completely in non-Roman characters.  The patron forwarded the copy of the notice they received and it's not just in non-Roman characters, it's in non-Roman characters from different language groups.  I see Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Cyrillic, Greek,  and Lao characters, and some things that I don't even know what they are.  When we look at the copy of the Notice attached to the patron record, it looks fine.

Has anyone run into this before?
