I just responed to you off-list. There is a user record in PPMS that needs a data correction.

That data error is currently causing the employee load to fail.

Wade,

My PPMS job hasn't run successfully since Monday.  Any idea why?  I don't see a way to get much detail other than "Invalid byte of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence / job failed" and that 0 records and users were processed/updated.
