[Wactclc-alma] PPMS job failed last 4 days

Wade,

My PPMS job hasn't run successfully since Monday.  Any idea why?  I don't see a way to get much detail other than "Invalid byte of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence / job failed" and that 0 records and users were processed/updated.
