[Wactclc-alma] FW: Query not saving because it was build in Alma's classic UI/Connexion Alma issue

Yes, Thank-you. Unfortunately, this still doesn’t address the original problem of when importing from OCLC and saving them as a query I get the following:
[cid:image001.jpg at 01D34E3D.2C103E70]

Thanks to George’s suggestion I can turn them into an itemized set, which seems to solve the problem, I don’t get a repeat of the message above and I can get to page 2.

The not being able to download was a separate problem, which solved itself.

It's a miracle!

Things seem to clear up by themselves we can download our records through Connexion to Alma. Yes!

Thanks to George and Elena for sending suggestions to solve this issue.

Hi Debbie,

When using the Imported Records link in Monitor and View Jobs, my sets also save as logical sets, not itemized sets. Sorry to have misspoken.

If you want an itemized set of records try: Monitor and View Imports > Report > Bibliographic Records Imported > Create Itemized Title Set.

I don't think it matters how the set is derived, logical or itemized, just that all your imported titles are in the set.

George,

Where do I indicate that I want them to save as itemized set? Mine always import/save as a Logical set. I don’t think that will make a difference with them saving in the Classic UI even though they are imported into the New UI.

Hello,

I have not encounter this problem. But the "Imported Records" option from Monitor and View Imports will allow you to save the imported records as an itemized set. Is this what you are trying to do?

That seems so strange, Leslie. Why would it give you a message about running a saved query when you were just importing records from Alma? Is it confusing those two things or are they related in a way that I don’t recognize?

Hello,

Here’s what is happening:

Debbie Exported records from OCLC to Alma.
She imported them to the new ui.
When she tried to save the results as a query she gets the error message below (please see Debbie Doepping’s email below.)

This look familiar to anyone? What did you do to solve this issue?

Thank you, LesliePH
