[Wactclc-alma] Student Users Synchronize job fails

The last three times it has run, the job to synchronize our student load has failed (10/21, 10/22, 10/23). The message is for "Users SYNCHRONIZE using profile SIS Load for Students."
When I check the report it says: The job completed with errors. For more information view the report details (or contact Support using the process ID). How do I check the report details? I don't find a link to do so. The process ID is 1019540080002828.
