[Wactclc-alma] Assigning Purchase Requests

Is there a way to automatically assign all Purchase Requests to one particular user? We're finding that purchase requests are automatically assigned to the Requestors, but the Requestors aren't the ones who will approve/send the orders. In the meantime the person who is puts in the orders is wanting those orders to be automatically assigned to her I think because they generate a notification of when an order is placed. As it is, they are showing up in the Unassigned Queue, and she isn't always aware of when there is a request that has been made.
