Well, that would explain why I found the report in the shared folder when I went to save it there with a slightly different name, not having read Wade's email first.  Ha!

Nadine and all,

I took the liberty of copying Seattle's custom report to the shared folders in analytics.

So, if you go into analytics catalog, and navigate to:

/Shared Folders/Community/Reports/Consortia/WACTCLC

And look for the report:

EXL_No_Email

You can just open that report to see your users that have no email address.

You can also copy that report into one of your folders if you would like a local copy.

(To be honest, I'm not sure how the report works. It's using something in analytics called 'Unions', which I haven't worked with.

I suspect that the report simply compares all users to just the users with email addresses, and reports out the difference.)

Thank you so much!
I changed the "letter send format" to "BOTH" and the fines/fees notices were generated for ALL patrons. And I even didn't bother to go to our email to find the letters for those who don't have email address. I just went to the patron's record, opened an attachment, and print the letter out from there.
But I might want to create a different overdue and lost profile for those who don't have emails. Kirsti - can you share the Analytics report of users with no emails? And, Kirsti, I like your idea about adding a  "block" ... Thank you!
