[Wactclc-alma] Question about renewal email notices

Wade,

I am interested in knowing if my understanding of email receipts for
renewed items is correct.  I have looked at the "Letter Activities" section
of the "General Configuration" area of the Alma Configuration menu, and it
looks like we have activated #44 "FulRenewEmailLetter".

When looking in Alma there are two ways to renew a book from the patron's
record.  If I choose to highlight the item and then use the "Renew
Selected" above the loan display the patron receives a "Borrowing Activity
Letter" email.  If I choose to renew the item using the"Renew" pull down
menu from the ellipsis area the patron receives a "Loan Receipt Letter".
When George renewed an item form Primo he didn't receive any email letter
at all.

In none of my renewals was the "FulRenewEmailLetter" ever generated.  Has
anyone else experienced the same thing?
