Just FYI,

I got this response yesterday on Alma-L about slowness in NA02 environment yesterday.

University of Tennessee reported slowness between 3:15 and 4:00 (I'm assuming that's 12:15 to 1pm our time).

Also mildly interesting to hear which other institutions we share our environment with :)

Yes - the University of Tennessee (also on NA02) experienced that this afternoon,  between about 3:15 to 4:00.   It affected multiple users.  I opened SF case 383004 to report it.   The problems seemed to resolve around 4:00.

Anyone else in NA02 notice poor performance today, including very slow response times, and/or being dropped out of Alma intermittently?
