[Wactclc-alma] cleaning up "technical migration" items from migration

Hi all,

For C1 institutions, just a head's up that Justine did a nice demo yesterday for C2 institutions about cleaning up "technical migration" items left over from the data migration.

"Technical Migration" items are simply items that had irregular statuses in Voyager. You can review these items to re-set the status in Alma to some more "Alma appropriate" status.
