If the library is closed during the break, you can temporarily change the "Closed Library Due Date Management" to the "Move Due Time to Upcoming Closing Time" in the TOU. Then turn in back to whatever you normally have at the begging of the quarter. That is what I do for our DVD/CD collection. We do let our patrons to check the books out over the break. But not DVDs/CDs. So, I temporarily changing the "Closed Lib Due Date Management" in the TOU for the DVD/CDs  location and it works just fine. The only thing is not to forget to  change  it back :) But the outlook is helping here:)
