[OAAworkgroup] Draft Citizenship Language on OAA

On the second image we can update the instructions and details at the top of the page and on the fourth image we can modify the questions asked for Residency.  We can also possibly modify some of the selections in the look up menus/drop downs but those are coordinated with the HR group and would need to be coordinated.  Let me know if you have additional questions on this.

Certain provisions of Washington State law make some students eligible for a variety of tuition waivers and other benefits.  The purpose of the following questions is to determine your tuition rate, eligibility for other benefits, and/or tuition waivers.  Information submitted on the admissions application is confidential and protected under FERPA.  Your information is kept confidential and may not be released without your prior written consent with limited exceptions.

Please choose a response that is most appropriate:

___ Citizen of another country (Selecting this may incur the highest tuition rate. Please note that you can contact the college after acceptance to provide clarifying details that may impact your tuition rate.)
