Good morning, OAA Workgroup Members. In addition to the meeting agenda I sent on Wednesday, it would be useful to have this document handy, it is the final set of recommendations to WACTC for the ctcLink OAA. We won't be "getting into the weeds" on our call today, but I will refer to the recommendations briefly in my opening comments. These recommendations were approved at the January WACTC meeting, with the following conditions:
1. Continue to re-tool item 5 (citizenship) - make it easy for the applicant to understand whether they are eligible for in-state tuition
2. Continue to re-tool item (ethnicity) - sensitivity to tribal affiliation. For example, must be inclusive of the Duwamish and Chinook Tribes, which are not currently federally recognized Tribes.

Greetings, Admissions Application (OAA) Workgroup Members. Thanks so much for your willingness to participate.
Attached is an agenda for our WebEx meeting this Friday at 10:00 AM. Login instructions are on the agenda, if you don't already have the meeting specifics on your calendar. We are scheduled for two hours but I am confident we can wrap up by 11:30.
Note to State Board staff and others who wish to travel to Olympia: we have reserved the Tahoma Room on the 3rd floor. Several of us will be participating from there. We can send parking passes to anyone else who wishes to meet with us in person.
