Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Director of the Service Management Office is accountable for the strategy and operations of service management.  This position is a valued member of the IT leadership team and is responsible for the quality, cost, and timeliness of all IT service delivery, ongoing business alignment, executive communication and strategic collaboration.  The Director of the Service Management Office leverages experience with proven methodology, tools and IT service management best practices and ensures that all IT functions and operational services are effectively managed and maintained.  This position is located in Tumwater, WA (Recruitment # DOH3996)


The Director of the Service Management Office is responsible operationally for enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Enterprise Content Management, and leads a high quality team that provides the back end support for these platforms.
