The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) invites applications for Program Administrator, Basic Education for Adults (BEdA)<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/jobs/job-positions/program-administrator-beda.aspx>.

As a member of the BEdA team, this position provides system-wide leadership and support for the system's 34 colleges in critical tasks such as program development and expansion, compliance and program review.  The position will take the lead to implement instructional practices required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to accelerate student progression and transition initiatives both interagency and in the field.  Headquartered in Olympia, Washington, the program administrator will serve as the main point-of-contact for colleges, faculty, staff and relevant stakeholders involved the initiatives set forth in the position description<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/jobs/job-positions/program-administrator-beda.aspx>.

The annual salary for this position is $73,232.16.  Washington State has a generous benefit package including health, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement, and two optional deferred compensation programs.
