[LIBRARYDIR] issues with CQ Researcher

Our faculty decided to cancel CQ Researcher several years ago. I have not heard them lament its absence.

Hi everyone. Our librarians and faculty have been struggling with the changes made to CQ Researcher over the summer. We are frustrated enough that we are considering not renewing.
