[LIBRARYDIR] issues with CQ Researcher

Hi everyone. Our librarians and faculty have been struggling with the changes made to CQ Researcher over the summer. We are frustrated enough that we are considering not renewing.

As we are gathering feedback to share with them, we would like to combine our issues with yours for a more persuasive presentation. Are any of you having issues that you would like to share?
