[LIBRARYDIR] Give away?

We have done mass amounts of weeding in the last year and a half. At one
point I asked facilities what to do with the literal room full of books
(half full mark: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZX3vcfbxjNH6fue46)
Facilities asked me if we could provide a list that they would send to SPL.
I gave the list, and have heard nothing. In the mean time we may store book
trucks in public and refresh them when things are "stolen" and Tim said.
