[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] community borrowers

We have PrepStep from EBSCO which supplies most of the needs for text prep we get.   The manuals get outdated too fast anyway.

My librarian colleagues are worried about community members checking out books that our students need, and I get that, especially with the test prep manuals. Do any of you have the same concerns?
