Apologies for cross-distribution. Please distribute this to all your library staff.

Thanks, Gerie Ventura
Library Director, Highline College
LLC Chair, 2023/2024

Dr. Brown and I are working with the Ed Tech Advisory Group (ETAG) to distribute a survey throughout our system regarding our usage of Canvas.

This survey is intended for Staff/Administrators, Faculty, and Students.

Would you please help us distribute the following message and survey throughout the Library Leadership Council to be shared throughout the system.

Responses are due by Friday July 7th!

In an effort to support the needs of our Community and Technical Colleges we are requesting your feedback regarding your use of the LMS Canvas. The Ed Tech Advisory Group will use this information to formulate the next steps for now to proceed once the current contract ends in June 2024. No decision to renew or not renew with Instructure-Canvas has been made as this time. We are gathering data as we compare Instructure-Canvas's pricing model and its impact. This information will be shared to ensure all colleges are aware of this potential change before a decision is made.

We thank you for your candor and time.
