I have been thinking about DEI and IL rubrics and tools. Here's an interesting post from 2020 called "Loaded Questions: The framework for Information Literacy through a DEI lens<https://crln.acrl.org/index.php/crlnews/article/view/24597/32410>" and an excellent research guide from Benedictine University Library<https://researchguides.ben.edu/information-literacy/DEI> (with a nod to North Shore Community College<https://library.northshore.edu/c.php?g=1224474&p=8957334>) on the same topic.

Is anyone else working on this?

Our college’s IL “core ability” rubric looks similar to the one you attached, because that’s also what it was based on.
