In poking around some more on the ACRL website I found a sample rubric based on the Framework, which might be a good starting point for discussion for anyone thinking of revising them based on the Framework.  https://sandbox.acrl.org/library-collection/acrl-framework-rubric.  It has a CC-BY  license.

Our college’s IL “core ability” rubric looks similar to the one you attached, because that’s also what it was based on. Does anyone have experience with their college using the AAC&U definition and rubric for information literacy? LWTech is considering updating our outcome materials to directly use AAC&U’s. See attached.
