CALL FOR PROPOSALS

NW Regional Equity Conference

Sharing Strategies for Equity and Anti-Racist Practices

February 24-26, 2021

2020 has been challenging!

Join us as we reflect on the events from the past year, evaluate the status quo, and invent a “new normal.”
This conference will be offered as a fully virtual experience for your health and wellbeing.

We invite you to present at the 2021 annual NW Regional Equity Conference!

We are committed to improving equitable, sustainable experiences and outcomes for historically underrepresented students and employees of the higher education system through effective instruction and anti-racist supports. While this conference centers higher education, we understand that COVID-19 has highlighted systemic inequities in nearly every sector. It is with this in mind that we have decided to broaden the scope of topics this year.

Please share your equity and anti-racist strategies with us.

The NW Regional Equity Conference will be accepting proposals from now until October 30, 2020. We are seeking professionals in education, private, government, and non-profit sectors and other individuals who would like to share their social justice knowledge to help remove institutional barriers for historically underrepresented populations.

Please submit proposals that align with the following tracks:
