The Washington State Board of Education (SBE) has partnered with Strobel Consulting to collect feedback regarding new graduation pathway requirements<http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001hrf23Goqw7q4LsaHpe9ry9vy5K4KRpl26Zx_E8ruDsBLMJWEZe0o--W_gr4v0XiU2fuh2gjvDNtlzfcP5lsttwq-ZDSSPIZ8P29XmuL__q-Y9mxq6xHMTS5Sfn0v9tT297jzDPTIkOTWGynWauZoVWjPsFvKgSc1RUC-a9Ah9lJx3c3nWyYWW2e9jtxJ8KjdOej0c5vEedEZgYvENlKxqGEz5k_1vdVI9nR7ouLoyb8ph2RLC2Ebog==&c=1EB0QCNoG428fBbulSnNOo5lTZY0NEc8AGh5t_Nzl8NJXqljDJwc2w==&ch=2VA-Xlol2fTO5_nfzpP7azmfK0I1dRfb9sRz7Rlx5SW1QEu1nEqOzw==> that went into effect for the graduating Class of 2020. The feedback is intended to inform future decisions on whether the pathway options are adequate and what changes, if any, the state should make.

These new graduation pathway options replaced the previous requirement that a student needed to pass the state assessment in order to graduate. Please be on the lookout for future emails from Strobel Consulting regarding the feedback process around this issue.
