Sending a friendly reminder about the Administrators of Color Leadership Program and application due date:
Good afternoon all,
I hope this email finds you well. As the Chair of the Administrators of Color Leadership Program Advisory Board, I am pleased to be able to provide this exciting leadership training opportunity for those that identify as a person of color and have an interest in moving into a dean role within Instruction and Student Services. Please note, we plan to expand into other areas (HR, IT, Business, IR etc.) in the following years. If you are a full time faculty member or director and have aspirations of becoming a dean and would like to engage in a training program that will help you develop your career plan and center Critical Race Theory as the framework, then this is the training for you.
Please find attached the Program Overview and Application. If you could please distribute both to anyone you feel would be interested in benefiting from this Leadership Training Program, it would be greatly appreciated. The deadline to submit is June 18th.
