</span>As the Chair of the Administrators of Color Leadership Program Advisory Board, I am pleased to be able to provide this exciting leadership training opportunity for
<b>those that identify as a person of color </b>and have an interest in moving into a dean role within<b> Instruction and Student Services</b>. Please note, we plan to expand into other areas (HR, IT, Business, IR etc.) in the following years.
<b>If you are a full time faculty member or director </b>and have aspirations of becoming a dean and would like to engage in a training program that will help you develop your career plan and center Critical Race Theory as the framework, then this is the training
