Happy New Year Sis
We are also coming up on faculty bargaining and I will also be on the team. We currently don’t have any language for the pre and post-tenure process. I was focused on getting a DEI component added to the program review process and the process for high-wage high-demand stipends. I will our some thought into the tenure process as well and let you know what I come up with. It's always good to have multiple asks in the bargaining process because a lot of asks never make it in a lot of cases in my personal experience at this institution.

I am on our college’s bargaining team and we are looking to prioritize our tenure and post tenure process with an equity focus. I also am aware that tenure can look different at our technical colleges, but wanted to reach out to DEOC regardless. Can you provide me insight of DEI focused language in your tenure and post tenure process as stated in your faculty contract? Additionally, is there a tool, framework that your institution uses for the post tenure process? If so, what is it?
