Thanks Sophia. That is correct for me (please add NADOHE member to mine as well).

Side question – can it be proposed to SBCTC to create a portal that Commissions can use for documents like the ones you created below (for our bylaws, etc.)? If not – we need to look into one as it seems documents are scattering among various people/sharepoints….

I recall HRMC having a portal – but I think it was through OFM.

  *   Explore the impact that legislative bans on DEI initiatives are having on higher education institutions and on system-impacted Americans
  *   Offer insights on strategic, collaborative ways to stop the anti-DEI movement from further threatening our democracy

A past president of the American Educational Research Association, he has published 12 books and over 100 academic papers, mostly on DEI-related topics. He has worked with more than 400 K–12 schools, higher education institutions, businesses, and government agencies.
