[DEOC] [EXTERNAL] Re: FSOCC Funding

Good morning,

Thank you all for the feedback related to using the state DEI funds for
FSOCC. I also plan to use state funds for FSOCC. I only have a limited
amount of operations training and development funds. Can you tell me which
funding source you're using (5227 or 5194) to pay for FSOCC? I'm still
struggling with the allocation model for the funds. 5194 seems pretty
clear. However, all my finance department has shared with me related to
5227 is the total amount $115, 936. What buckets are you using to allocate
those funds (training & development, faculty & staff training, listen &
feedback sessions, climate survey, etc.). If there is a state funding
document that I can review, can someone please share it with me? Your
feedback is greatly needed and appreciated.
