Hi All.
First of all, I want to thank Sophia and Courtnay, their office is sponsoring our retreat and simply words cannot express the gratitude DEOC Leadership feels to have this support available!
Attached is the final agenda for our DEOC retreat from Tuesday, November 7th-Thursday, 9th.

Also, questions have been raised in regards to sending a substitute/representative if you are no longer able to attend.
The DEOC Leadership met and we have decided only the DEOC member is able to attend the meetings. Please do not send a rep/substitute in your place. Given the level of confidentiality, creating a trust building space and the importance when voting takes place for some of our items or discussions, your attendance becomes crucial component of our commission.
