[DEOC] request: equitable screening and hiring practices training content

We have an adapted/homegrown training and I have a DEI Advocate Manager on my team that runs them for the college. I'm happy to introduce you to Abner if you'd like to talk to him. He's brilliant and really good at getting people on the same page with our expectations. We've found that the training is helpful, but the real work is often in coaching with hiring and search committees as challenges occur and he handles that for the whole college.

Hi all – I’m looking to revamp how we prepare, equip, and hold accountable hiring screening committee members for reviewing applicants, interviewing, and evaluating them equitably and being transparent about biases that are present. Do you have any content you would like to share that you have found useful?
