[DEOC] Final count for rooms

Clarifying that SBCTC (EDI office) will be paying for the rooms. We may be able to pay for food too, if we can arrange the catering, so just follow your college's travel policies (travel authorizations, etc.) to get the necessary approvals and we will work on a direct bill for the rooms and certain meals.

Courtnay from our SBCTC EDI office and I can work with Yadira and Robert on schedule and meals so that you can know what to put on your travel authorizations.

For now, make sure you share with Yadira when you'll be arriving so we know how many rooms we need to book.

Since we close down the doodle poll, I have received some more responses via email of folks planning to attend the retreat. We need to send final numbers to Semiahmoo asap. Based on the doodle poll:
