Thank you to all who participated in the training session for the ISIR Processing Refresher on Tuesday 3/12/2024.

The session recording and slide deck (also attached) have been posted to the ISIR Processing Canvas Course, and is also linked below:

If you have not registered for the Canvas Training course, you will receive an 'access denied' message when selecting the above link.  You may register for the course(s) at the ctcLink Training Registration<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/it-support/ctclink/ctclink-training-registration.aspx> page.  To access the module, if you have not completed the course before, you must progress through all modules to view the recording.


Additionally, here is the follow-up from the parking lot question:

Q.  Is there an easier way to get the EC Queue Instance Number for the ISIR Transactions Source query from the Message Log text?


A.  FA Support:  We have a query currently in development that will be able to help you search by date/time and query by date range, so you do not have to sift through several rows of message text to find your most EC Queue Instance number.  We'll put the query in a Weeklyish Bulletin in the list serv when it is available in PRD.
