It was brought to our attention that there was still a Unit Record Report QRG on the ctcLink Reference Center with out-of-date screenshots. It has been taken down.

The 2022-2023 Unit Record layout is now available in Production!

Before generating the new URR csv file, be sure to map your WCG Bridge and WAVE item types to their corresponding Award Category in your Awards Config set up.

Note: Last year WAVE was reported under the Other State Funded Gift Assistance category. Colleges that reported Unit Record out of ctcLink last year will need to update their Awards Config set up so that WAVE is not reported under both categories.

Feel free to load your csv file to the WSAC Training Portal<https://portaltraining.wsac.wa.gov/> so that you can address any edits prior to loading your file to the WSAC Production Portal<https://portal.wsac.wa.gov/>.

College testing for the 2022-2023 Unit Record layout wrapped up yesterday and was approved for migration to Production. Thank you to SCC and Clark!
The updated layout is scheduled to migrate to Production at the end of this week. I will follow up once I've confirmed that the migration is complete and the new layout available for use.

Thank you so much for attending the URR co-presentation with WSAC! While the new csv layout is not yet available in Production, you can run the URR process to generate the supplemental reports used to clean up data. We ask that you do not attempt to load the current URR csv file to the WSAC Portal. The csv file will be rejected.



If you would like to start working on the clean-up process, the Unit Record Report Processing Guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798590-9-2-unit-record-report-processing-business-process-guide> for 2022-2023 is available in the ctcLink Reference Center.

Note: You will not be able to map your WCG Bridge and WAVE item types to the correct Award Category, until the new layout is available in Production.


I will send a follow up on when to expect the new layout in Production once the colleges have completed their testing.
