CS Core Refresher: Update a Letter Template with Merge Fields

We are motivated by serving students every day. A variety of communication methods are employed to establish a connection with the student population.

Merge fields can be used within PeopleSoft to personalize emails for students, making it easier to connect with us. This can be done by updating the letter template with the relevant merge fields. Please join us for a refresher session on updating letter templates.

We will cover the following topics:

-Update a Letter Template
-Merge data from an XML file containing all letter template fields
