I wanted to share with you one more thing: the recording link from yesterdays' PRP 4.1 Q&A Session! Since the updates from Oracle took such a short time to discuss, Debbie added in bonus and shared the updated FISAP Processing Business Process Guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798224-fisap-processing-business-process-guide>, pointed out the helpful tips she added throughout the document. FA PRP 4.1 is now available in Production!

For those who suspended JobSets or processes scheduled during the installation, you may now reschedule your JobSet to its regular recurrence.

>>Note that the Recurrence Name may clear out once you've saved changes to the Begin Date, so be sure to go back into the Schedule JobSet Definition tab to confirm your Recurrence Name remains.

If you have questions, please let us know.

Good morning, FA Users!

Today is the day! The upcoming PRP 4.1 upgrade will be implemented in Production this evening.

While the PRP is small and the implementation is usually quick, we have found that some of the migration activities can still cause processes to stall or fail during the migration window of 5pm to 6pm. As a precaution, we need colleges to suspend FA JobSets and processes that are scheduled to run between 5pm and 6pm on 9/7 (today).

We will send an email tomorrow (Friday) once we have confirmed the upgrade was successful and that these JobSets and processes can be rescheduled.
