This Intermediate Pell Processing on 8/1/23 session is cancelled due to colleges awarding Year Round Pell upfront in the aid packages (instead of using the query at the end of the AY), and thusly will not be rescheduled.  If you have specific YRP questions that you were hoping to ask in this session, please submit a training ticket and I can move these questions into a Q&A format session if needed.

This calendar invite is for a Financial Aid Training on Intermediate Pell Processing - Year-Round Pell Processing held on Tuesday August 1st, 2023, from 9AM - 10:30AM.  This Fin Aid Training Session is a deeper dive into managing the Pell process with a walk through on the steps to manage 4th quarter Pell.

Objectives:


  *   Understanding how to check the Aggregate Aid Limits setup
  *   Understand the use of the Additional Pell Grant Item Type
  *   Understand the review of the Disbursement Rules setup
  *   Understanding the Fiscal Item Types - Limit
  *   Understanding selecting and awarding Additional Pell students using query
  *   Understanding how to award Additional Pell grant students
Audience:  Staff responsible for managing Pell payment
This session will be recorded.  The presentation slide deck will be attached to this invite prior to the session delivery.
