The issue appears to have been caused by a bad file path. We are currently working with the college on correcting their file path. Once that is complete, we will send out an update.

Good Afternoon, FA,

We are aware of an issue beginning at 2:45pm this afternoon with FA Processes that generate an outbound file to the server. They produce the message "File not open for writing!" in the Message Log for the process and do not generate the file. We are currently investigating this issue. Example processes are Generate Pell Data, Generate Direct Loan Data, and SBCTC DL Reconciliation, to name a few.

**At this time, please do not submit any new tickets for this issue. We also ask that you do not run any processes that generate a file while we continue to investigate.**

We will update you once we know more.
