Good morning,

Thank you to all who participated in the Pell Multiple Record Reporting Process Training on Tuesday 08/15/2023.

The session recording and slide deck (attached) has been posted to the FA104 Pell Payment Processing and Direct Loans Canvas Course.

If you have not registered for the Canvas Training course, or completed the course modules, you will receive an 'access denied' message. You may register for the course(s) at the ctcLink Training Registration<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/it-support/ctclink/ctclink-training-registration.aspx> page, but if you have not completed the training course, you will have to progress through all modules to view it.  If you have completed the Canvas course, the link will take you right to the recording list.

Additionally, if you are requesting the pgmr file for the first time in COD, you can follow the instructions Olga from Green River provided in the session chat (Thank you, Olga!!):

To request a Grant Data Request on COD Web:
1.  Log into COD Web and navigate to the Batch Search page.
2.  Select Report Request link from the left-hand navigation pane. The New Report
Request page will automatically display.
3.  Select "Grant Data Request" from the Request Type dropdown.
4.  Select type of program from Program Type dropdown.
5.  Select award year for requested report from Award Year dropdown.
6.  Select report type from Report Type dropdown.
If Program field is set to PELL select one of the following report types
available for selection in the Report Type dropdown:
Electronic Statement of Account
Multiple Reporting Record (pgmr file)
Reconciliation File
Pell POP Report
Year to Date Record
Verification Status Report
7. Complete the rest of the required fields on the New Report Request Page.
Note: The fields required for completion on the New Report Request page will
vary depending on the Program Type and Report Type selected in the previous
steps.
If the report type "Multiple Reporting Record" has been selected, the
following additional fields will display for selection: Request Type (This
Campus), MRR Code 1 (Send Disbursement Information, Send Origination
Information), MRR Code 2 (Other Institution: All Students, Other
Institution: For This Student, Students for Institution Listed).
8. Select Submit to process Grant Data Report request.
