The Q & A docs are still being refined and will be posted to the page by the end of this month.  You can find the training recordings in the Additional Resources module in the Current Training Videos/Recordings page.

If you have not registered for and completed the modules for on the training courses and the *Pillar Work Session Information course, you may receive an 'access denied' message when selecting the above link. You may register for the course(s) at the ctcLink Training Registration page<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/it-support/ctclink/ctclink-training-registration.aspx>.

*You do not need to progress through all modules to view the FA Work Session recordings, but if you receive an access denied message, it means you are likely not registered for the course.
