Hello FA Friends,

Below is the Webex meeting information for the demo and college UAT kick-off for SAP Item #3 MAXT with Development Credits over 45<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/PMO_Info/l/1625563-fa-satisfactory-academic-progress-sap-project-information-guide#maxt-with-developmental-credits-over-45> being held on Wednesday, April 12th, 9am-10am. We will demonstrate the solution to the FA Community and have colleges confirm the issue is addressed through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before the solution is released into Production. Please see below for the Webex meeting link and other options for connecting to the online session. 

 

Demo Date/Who Should Attend

  1.  Demo: Wednesday, April 12th, 9am-10am
  2.  Highly Recommended College Attendees: FA Director/Assistant Director & FA staff familiar with SAP and the Max Attempted Units Test (MAXT)

 

UAT Dates/Important Testing Info.

  1.  Test Period: Wednesday, April 12th - Tuesday, April 18th
  2.  College Testers: FA staff familiar with SAP Processing and the Max Attempted Units Test (MAXT)
  3.  Action Item/Deadline: Please provide us with the college/testing participant name(s) and EMPL ID(s) by end of business Monday, April 10th. This will ensure that college testers will be set up to access the UAT environment. 

 

***Please let us know if your college does not have the bandwidth to meet the testing period so that FA Support can use that college data for testing purposes in the UAT testing environment.
