[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Giving a different user access to reports in the View Log/Trace for a process you run

Good afternoon FA Users!

There have been several colleges that have reported they are unable to access the View Log/Trace tied to a process another user runs. Attached are steps on how to grant another user access to the reports generated by a process you run.
