I am emailing to notify you all, we have an updated version of the Fund Management Business Process Guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92438/l/1375604-fa-fund-management-business-process-guide>.  The updates reflected include:


  *   The query CTC_SF_FINAID_REFUND_DETAILS has now been renamed to QCS_SF_FA_SA_APPLIED_DETAILS - No changes to the query criteria were made
  *   The query CTC_SF_FINAID_REFUND_SUMMARY has now been renamed to QCS_SF_FA_SA_APPLIED_SUMARY - No changes to the query criteria were made

Latest version of the Fund Management guide is now from 7/26/2022 - please bookmark the Fund Management Business Process Guide link in your preferred browser and/or print out for your records/notes.

Additionally,

We have an updated version of the Unit Record Report Business Processing Guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798590-9-2-unit-record-report-processing-business-process-guide>.  The updates reflected include:


*         Updated Aid Year for 2022 URR processing

Latest version of the Unit Record Report guide is now from 7/20/2022 - please bookmark the URR Business Process Guide link in your preferred browser and/or print out for your records/notes.

Further updates to guides are forthcoming- please always ensure you are working from the most recent guides.  Announcements to updates on the guides will always be made here in this list serv.

Up Next! Updates to the FISAP guide will be announced in the coming weeks.
