[ctcLink-Mobile] Notice - Maintenance - Production - All Pillars - Server Maintenance

Hello everyone,

Please see below. The entire ctcLink production environment will be offline on Saturday, December 9th from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. In addition to the information outlined below, please note:


  *   OAAP and HCX (Mobile) will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
  *   The integration between CampusCE and ctcLink will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Following completion of the maintenance period, colleges will need to resubmit any unprocessed orders during the down time.

This notice is for all users of the ctcLink production environment.

Issue
SBCTC will be installing Oracle patches during this maintenance window.

  *   The entire ctcLink production environment will remain offline during the maintenance window.
  *   Users logging into ctcLink will be directed to an offline notice with links to college Canvas sites.
  *   Canvas will not be impacted.
